DATA SUBJECT APPLICATION FORM

Application Method

Within the scope of your rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”), and pursuant to Article 13 of the Law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your requests to InfinityQ using this form via one of the methods explained below.

1. Application in Writing

2. Via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) With a registered electronic mail (KEP) address: infinityq@hs01.kep.tr “Information Request under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data” shall be written in the subject line of the email.
3. Application with an Email Address Registered in Our System Using the email address registered in the InfinityQ system: destek@infinityq.ai “Information Request under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data” shall be written in the subject line of the email.
4. Application with an Email Address Not Registered in Our System Using your email address not registered in the InfinityQ system, including a mobile signature/e-signature: destek@infinityq.ai “Information Request under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data” shall be written in the subject line of the email.
